FFMI Calculator Pro is built to collect as little information as possible. This policy explains what information we handle when you use ffmicalculatorpro.com/, why, and the choices you have.
Numbers You Enter in the Calculator
Your height, weight, body fat and tape measurements are processed in your browser. They are not sent to us or stored on our servers.
Your FFMI Log
Your log is only saved when you press “Save to my log”. It is stored in your browser’s local storage on your own device, and we cannot see it. You can remove it at any time with “Delete my log” or by clearing your browser data.
Share Links
When you copy a share link, your height, weight, body fat and sex are added to the web address so the calculator can open with those numbers. Anyone you send the link to can see them.
Contact Form and Email
If you contact us, we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. We use this only to reply to you. We do not sell it or use it for marketing, and we keep it only as long as needed to deal with your request.
Cookies, Logs and Analytics
The calculator itself does not use cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance. If we add analytics or advertising, those services may use cookies. We will update this policy before that happens and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

This site links to research papers and other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
